Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bottle orange flavoring
  • 500 g flour

Instructions

    All ingredients should be at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar together. Gradually fold in the eggs. Add orange flavoring and then knead everything with sifted flour. Cover the dough well and refrigerate overnight. Divide the dough in half and roll into 4 cm thick ropes. Cut every 10 cm and roll them into spindle shapes.

    Place all rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly score along their length. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
