Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 1 onion
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g rice
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3 Juniper berries
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 500 ml clear broth
- 1 tin saffron
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces, catching the juice. Peel and finely dice the onion. Quarter the bell pepper, clean it, rinse and dice small.

Heat oil and butter in a pot. Sauté the onion until translucent. Add rice and bell pepper and sauté briefly. Stir in bay leaves, juniper berries, and raisins. Pour in broth and cover; cook for about 20 minutes (follow the rice package cooking time).

Dissolve saffron in the orange juice. Stir into the rice, season with salt and pepper. Finally fold in the orange pieces.
