Ingredients
- 750 g blood orange
- 250 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch cinnamon

Peel the oranges and dice them into small cubes without seeds. Mix the fruit flesh with the sugar in a bowl and let it steep overnight. The next day slit the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seed; combine both with lemon juice, cinnamon, and oranges in a pot.

Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes while stirring constantly until bubbling (perform a gel test). Remove the vanilla pod and fill hot-washed jars. Seal immediately and decorate with ribbon and card.
