Orange Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 20 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 4 bags jasmine tea
  • 4 tsp liquid honey
  • 1 orange
  • 2 handfuls crushed ice

Instructions

    Slice the ginger into rounds. Place the tea bags with ginger in a pot and brew with about 600 ml water according to package instructions. Sweeten with honey, let cool, then refrigerate.

    Squeeze the orange and mix with the cooled tea. Distribute the crushed ice over four cups and pour the iced tea on top. Garnish with an orange slice if desired before serving.
