A refreshing cocktail featuring fresh orange zest and sparkling wine, brought to you by Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 10 ml Blue Curacao
- 40 ml sparkling wine
- sugar
- 1 piece orange zest
Instructions

Stir Cointreau with Blue Curacao and sparkling wine gently. Lightly wet the rim of a cocktail glass as desired, then spread brown sugar on a plate.

Dip the rim into the sugar, then carefully pour the drink into the glass. Garnish with strips of orange peel.
