Ingredients
- 1 large untreated orange
- 300 ml cold buttermilk
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice (Reformhaus)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- and ginger powder (each 1/4 tsp ground)

Wash the orange hot and dry it. Using a vegetable peeler cut two long spirals from the peel. Then squeeze out the juice.

Blend buttermilk, sea buckthorn juice, and honey in a blender until vigorous.

Add orange juice and lightly whisk to froth.

Season with vanilla and ginger, pour into 2 glasses, garnish with orange peel spirals, and serve.
