Orange blossom tea: orange blossoms and the tea made from them are stimulating, antidepressant, and aphrodisiac. Orange blossom tea can also relieve mild cramps.

Ingredients
- 2 stalks lemon balm
- 3 tbsp dried orange blossoms
- 1 large piece cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
Instructions

Rinse the lemon balm, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Set aside a few, roughly chop the rest and place in a glass bowl or measuring cup.

Add the orange blossoms. Break the cinnamon stick into 3 parts and add one part as well. Pour over with 500 ml boiling water, cover, and steep for about 6-8 minutes.

Stir once, strain through a sieve into cups. Place one piece of cinnamon stick in each cup and stir in ½ tsp orange blossom water and sweetener to taste. Garnish the tea with reserved lemon balm leaves.
