Ingredients
- 10 lasagne sheets
- 80 g purslane
- 4 stems of wild basil
- 1 stem of wild thyme
- caper leaf
- 2 tbsp mustard (medium sharp)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 caper blossoms
Instructions

Wash the herbs, shake dry. Roughly chop everything except the purslane and mix with the purslane.

Cook the lasagne sheets in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain, shock in ice water, halve and lay side by side on cling film to cool, lightly season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and combine with the remaining vinaigrette ingredients, taste.

On four prepared plates, stack the half lasagna sheets with a layer of salad and vinaigrette between each sheet. Garnish with some salad and one caper blossom per serving.
