Ingredients

  • 250 g vegetable onion
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 400 ml meat broth
  • 400 ml water
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 4 tsp coffee cream
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Pepper
  • marjoram
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel the onions and slice them into rings, then sauté in oil until translucent.

    Add broth and water, bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    Season with white wine and spices, bring back to a boil, then divide the soup among four bowls. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
