Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • cold water
  • Salt
  • 700 g onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g thick-cut bacon

Instructions

    Sift the flour onto a work surface, press a well in the middle and add the egg, salt and a little water. Place the butter on the edge of the flour and quickly combine into dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Dice the bacon, peel the onions and cut them into rings. Sauté the bacon and onions in butter until translucent. Whisk the eggs and mix with sour cream, then add caraway seeds and the bacon-onion mixture; season with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, shake dry and slice into fine strips.
