  • 5 Rosmarinzweige
  • 1 l Olivenöl

Instructions

    Wash the rosemary and pat dry thoroughly.

    Heat half of the oil in a pot to about 80 °C. Carefully pour the hot oil over the rosemary sprigs in a well-rinsed glass, then top with cold oil so that the branches are fully covered. Seal tightly and store cool and dark. Let the rosemary-infused olive oil steep for 2–3 weeks before first use.
