Ingredients
- 300 g frozen thick beans
- Salt
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ground pepper
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 radicchio
- 4 stems basil
- 100 g black olives (preferably pitted)
- 40 g Parmesan

Cook the beans according to package instructions in salted water and drain. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil into a vinaigrette. Pour over hot beans and let cool.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse, clean, and cut radicchio into bite-sized pieces; drain well. Shake basil dry, remove leaves from stems.

Lift the beans with a slotted spoon into the vinaigrette. Toss in radicchio, onions, and olives. Arrange prepared salad ingredients on a plate and grate parmesan over top.
