Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 800 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 100 g red currants
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the oranges thoroughly and cut out the segments. Catch the juice and squeeze out any remaining pulp. Mix the juice with yogurt and honey, then pour into bowls.

    Sprinkle the rolled oats over the mixture and top with orange segments and currants. Serve garnished with mint.
