Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g wheat flour Type 1050
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g fine rolled oats
  • 50 g almond slivers
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)

Instructions

    Beat butter with honey and salt until fluffy. Gradually fold in the eggs.

    Sift together flour, baking powder and oats; stir into the wet mixture.

    Add almonds and walnuts, then mix with a little milk to form a workable dough.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined tray, spacing them about 4 cm apart.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
