Ingredients
- 12 slices nut bread
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 bunch Basil
- 3 tbsp Acerola juice (Reformhaus)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (plain)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a splash lemon juice

Thread the bread slices in a wave pattern onto wooden skewers and grill or toast them until golden brown on both sides.

Meanwhile, halve the avocado, remove the pit, press out the flesh, and roughly cube it. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice into rings. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pick off leaves, and blend with the avocado, two‑thirds of the spring onions, lemon juice, and cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and more lemon juice to taste.

Spread the prepared avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices and garnish with the remaining spring onion rings before serving.
