Ingredients
- 250 g marzipan base
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 20 g peeled almond kernels
- 20 g peeled pistachios (unsalted)
- 50 g nut brittle
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture (min. 70% cocoa content)
- chocolate coffee bean
Instructions

Combine the marzipan with the liqueur and lemon zest in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Chop the almonds and pistachios, then mix thoroughly with the brittle into the marzipan mixture.

Shape walnut-sized balls from the dough and place them in the refrigerator to chill.

Melt the chocolate couverture over a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

Using a praliné fork, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and set on a wire rack to drain.

Before the chocolate sets, press a chocolate coffee bean onto each ball.
