Ingredients

  • 300 g light mayonnaise
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 250 g cucumber salad
  • 350 g horned pasta
  • 150 g Frozen Peas
  • 100 g Emmental (or mountain cheese)
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Lemon juice
  • garlic

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, let it dry and place in a bowl. Steam the peas in 50 ml boiling water for about 3 minutes.

    Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces.

    Dice the cheese into small cubes. Peel the apple, cut into small pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Wash the pepper, deseed, and dice finely.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt well. Peel and press garlic. Season with salt and pepper and adjust with lemon juice.

    Combine the salad ingredients with the sauce thoroughly, let it rest for 30 minutes. Serve in small bowls.
