Ingredients
- 40 g pickled dried Asian vegetable (Asialaden)
- 30 g leek
- 2 tsp sesame paste
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 500 g Chinese wheat noodles
- Sliced scallion rings (for garnish)

Finely chop the drained pickled dried Asian vegetable. Clean, wash and finely chop the leek. Whisk the sesame paste with the sesame oil until smooth. Stir in the chili oil and soy sauce. Add the oyster sauce to the vegetable mixture and combine well. Distribute onto bowls. Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes according to package instructions. Drain, let sit briefly, then immediately pour hot over the bowls with sauce, mixing gently.
