  • 250 g mixed ground meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 40 g fine soup noodles
  • 250 g soup vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery, frozen peas)

Instructions

    Season the ground meat with salt and pepper, fold in the parsley, shape into small meatballs, and simmer them in the vegetable broth until cooked through; remove and keep warm.
