Ingredients

  • 1 piece cucumber (about 5 cm long)
  • 1 tbsp Japanese plum jam
  • 100 g pickled yellow soybeans
  • 400 g sushi rice
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 2 roasted nori sheets

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber slice, trim off a small strip of peel with some flesh, then cut into thin strips.

    Chop the soybeans and mix them with the plum jam.

  3. 3.

    Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise, lay them on rice, spread a little wasabi paste over, top with beans and some cucumber strips, and roll into maki sushi using a bamboo mat.

    Cut the 4 rolls into 4 equal pieces each.
