Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coarse mustard
- 100 g crème fraîche
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 75 g silver onions (jar)
- 75 g cornichons (jar)

Whisk the mustard with crème fraîche and 2-3 tbsp cucumber liquid until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
