Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 75 g silver onions (jar)
  • 75 g cornichons (jar)

Instructions

    Whisk the mustard with crème fraîche and 2-3 tbsp cucumber liquid until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Chop the silver onions and cornichons and fold them into the sauce. Serve in small bowls.
