Ingredients
- 12 large oyster mushrooms
- 12 sage leaves
- 6 slices Parma ham
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Clean the oyster mushrooms. Wash and pat dry the sage leaves and parsley. Cut the ham diagonally into halves. Sprinkle pepper on the gill side of each mushroom. Place one slice of ham and one sage leaf on top, securing with a toothpick.

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Sear the mushrooms first on the sage-ham side, then flip and cook briefly on the other side. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve on a plate.
