Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- Salt
- 400 g heavy cream
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp porcini powder
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- parsley (finely chopped)

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

Add the cream and vegetable broth to a pot and reduce by about one third. Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms, then mix with lemon juice. Quickly sauté the mushrooms in hot butter in a pan. Season with porcini powder, salt, and pepper, then combine with the cream sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
