Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  • 6 tbsp plum wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 g plums
  • 125 g mozzarella (1 ball)
  • 3 tbsp pistachio nuts

Instructions

    Caramelize the sugar with the cardamom seeds in a pan. Deglaze with plum wine and lemon juice, then reduce slightly. Set aside to cool.

    Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Pour the reduction over them and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Then spread onto four plates. Drain the mozzarella, slice it, and place on top of the plums. Roughly chop the pistachios and sprinkle over the dish.
