Mirabelle Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mirabelles
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the mirabelles, remove pits, and arrange them in 2-3 jars.

    Bring 200 ml water with the sugar to a boil, add the wine, and pour the liquid over the mirabelles. Seal the jars.
