Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp mint (coarsely chopped)
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 300 g yogurt
  • Salt

Instructions

    Blend the mint with peeled garlic, cumin, and half of the yogurt until finely puréed.

    Fold in the remaining yogurt and season with lemon juice and salt.
