- 6 tbsp mint (coarsely chopped)
- Lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 300 g yogurt
- Salt

Blend the mint with peeled garlic, cumin, and half of the yogurt until finely puréed.
