Mint Lassi

Try the delicious mint lassi from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 2 Stalks Mint
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp ground cumin
  • 150 ml mineral water

Instructions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

  2. 2.

    Pour 50 ml hot water over 5 mint leaves and let steep for 3 minutes. Strain the liquid and keep it aside.

  3. 3.

    Blend yogurt with a pinch of salt, lemon juice and cumin in a blender. Gradually add mineral water and mint infusion while continuing to blend.

    Refrigerate the drink for 1 hour. Then pour into two glasses and garnish with remaining mint leaves.
