Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 16 mini burger buns
  • a handful of leafy salad (e.g., Lollo bionda and iceberg)
  • mozzarella slices
  • gouda slices
  • camembert slices
  • parmasan ham slices
  • tomato cubes
  • finely chopped basil
  • balsamic vinegar for drizzling

Instructions

    Knead the ground beef with the egg and breadcrumbs into a well-formed mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then shape into 16 small burgers. Fry the burgers in hot oil for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

    Halve the buns horizontally and toast them on the cut sides.

    Assemble the buns with the burgers and the prepared additional ingredients as desired, then serve.
