Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 75 g Strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 150 ml chilled buttermilk
  • 1 slice pineapple (canned)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml grapefruit juice
  • 125 ml cold buttermilk
  • pineapple pieces
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • raspberries
  • 100 g pitted sour cherries
  • 100 ml cold whole milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sugar

Instructions

    Squeeze the limes and mix the juice with the milk, cream, sugar, and a few ice cubes in a shaker.

    Rinse, clean, and halve the strawberries. Add lemon juice and honey, then blend or puree with a hand blender.

    Gradually fold in the buttermilk.

    Dice the pineapple and combine it with grapefruit juice, vanilla sugar, and buttermilk; blend or puree with a hand blender.

    Boil the peaches, cool them, peel, halve, pit, and roughly cube. Blend the milk, peach pieces, and vanilla sugar until smooth.

    Blend cherries, raspberries, milk, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon; sweeten with sugar.
