Milk Rice Without Sugar

The milk rice without sugar by Spoonsparrow tastes extra creamy, pleasantly mild and comes completely without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 500 ml unsweetened oat drink (oat milk)
  • 120 g round-grain rice
  • 1 tbsp white almond butter (15 g)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 tbsp almonds (15 g)

Instructions

    Peel the banana, place it in a bowl and mash well with a fork.

    Bring the oat drink to a boil in a pot. Stir in the rice and simmer over low heat for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the milk rice is soft and creamy.

    Fold in the mashed banana, almond butter, and cinnamon. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Before serving, stir in flaxseed oil and divide into bowls. Finely chop almonds and sprinkle over the milk rice.
