Melon Soy Drink

Refreshing, simple and tasty for breakfast or a snack in between.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Cantaloupe melon (1 piece)
  • 600 ml soy drink (soy milk)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 stalk mint
  • 4 wooden skewers (melon ball skewer)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the melon and use a melon ball skewer to remove 12 balls, then thread three onto each skewer.

    Coarsely cube the remaining melon flesh and blend with soy drink and lime juice until creamy.

  3. 3.

    Wash the mint, pat dry and pluck the leaves.

  4. 4.

    Fill four glasses with the drink and garnish with melon skewers and mint.
