The Melon Smoothie from Spoonsparrow delivers many vital nutrients and refreshes on hot days.
Ingredients
- 400 g seedless watermelon flesh
- 100 g Strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 stems lemon balm
- 4 stems mint
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Dice the watermelon flesh coarsely. Clean, wash and chop the berries. Wash, deseed and cut the bell pepper into pieces. Rinse the herbs and shake them dry.

Add the watermelon, berries, bell pepper, lemon balm and lemon juice to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the melon smoothie into four glasses and garnish with mint.
