Meatballs on Bell Pepper Vegetable

Ingredients
- 800 g bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.125 l tomato juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 1 packet onion soup mix (for 0.75 l)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 75 g medium-aged Gouda cheese
Instructions

Wash, clean and finely chop one quarter of each color bell pepper; set aside. Cut the remaining peppers into large pieces.

Rinse tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut into eighths.

Peel garlic and press through a press. Peel onions and cut into eighths.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté pepper pieces, garlic and onions, then add tomato juice and spices.

Place ground meat in a bowl, add onion soup mix, egg, sour cream, basil, pepper cubes and grated cheese; knead well.

Shape about 16 small balls from the mixture, place them on top of the vegetables, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end of cooking gently fold in the tomatoes.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
