Ingredients

  • 250 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 red bell pepper

Instructions

    Thaw the puff pastry. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in oil. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, finely chop the flesh, add to the onions, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the ground meat and cook until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Separate the egg; mix yolk with crème fraîche and chopped parsley into the meat mixture.

    Roll out pastry sheets and cut squares. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush edges with beaten egg white, fill the center with the meat mixture, fold into parcels, press firmly, brush remaining egg white over seams, trim excess dough with a pastry cutter. Bake in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
