Ingredients
- 24 dates (pitted)
- 300 g almond kernels (skinless)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tsp bitter almond aroma
- 50 g pistachios (chopped)

Blend almonds with powdered sugar, orange blossom water and almond extract into a paste.

Knead the mixture on a work surface until soft and shape into oval balls. Press them into the dates and sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
