Marinated Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks (about 160 g each)
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • lime (zest and juice)
  • 2 chili peppers (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 chicory
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • Salt
  • soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop coriander and mix with lime zest, chili, and garlic. Add pepper and rub the mixture onto the swordfish. Cover and marinate for about 20 minutes.

    Wash, trim, and slice spring onions into thin rings.

    Wash bell peppers, halve, seed, and cut into thin strips. Trim chicory and arrange a few leaves in a star shape on each of four plates.

    Sauté spring onions and bell pepper strips in 2 tbsp hot oil. Add soy sauce and chili sauce and remove from heat.

    Cook the fish in remaining oil in a grill pan for about 1–2 minutes per side. Finish with a pinch of salt.

    Arrange bell pepper strips over the chicory leaves and place the fish on top. Serve immediately.
