Ingredients
- 800 g spinach leaves
- Salt
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g ground almond kernels
- 50 g Raisins
- 1 tin saffron (0.1 g)
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Wash the spinach and roughly chop, then blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and let dry. Tear the toast bread into small pieces. Peel the garlic cloves. Heat half of the oil in a pan, roast the almonds until golden, remove and set aside. Briefly toast the bread as well, press the garlic over it, then remove and set aside.

Cook the spinach with raisins in the remaining oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Dissolve the saffron in a little warm water. Add the almonds and bread to the spinach and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
