Ingredients
- 500 g manioc (food group) (malanga or yucca, peeled, finely grated)
- 1 egg
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- oil (for frying)

Mix all ingredients into a thick dough.

In hot oil, fry small cookies on both sides for about 2 minutes each and keep warm in the oven at 70°C.
