Ingredients

  • 500 g manioc (food group) (malanga or yucca, peeled, finely grated)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients into a thick dough.

    In hot oil, fry small cookies on both sides for about 2 minutes each and keep warm in the oven at 70°C.
