Ingredients
- 125 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp rose water
- softened butter (for molds)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Beat butter and sugar until creamy, then fold in eggs, flour, salt, and rose water; cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Lightly grease Madeleine molds (about 5 cm), press a thin layer of batter into each mold, place on a rack and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then take out of molds and set on a cooling rack to finish cooling.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
