Ingredients

  • 300 g ready‑to‑cook lobster tail (2 lobster tails)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • orange mint

Instructions

    Peel the mango, remove the pit and cut the flesh into julienne strips. Wash the basil and slice finely. Mix mango and basil with lemon juice.

    Briefly sear the lobster tails in a pan with oil on both sides. Season the lobster tails and place them on two preheated plates. Stack the mango slices over the lobster and garnish with orange mint.
