Ingredients
- 700 g lobster meat
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 12 sheets gelatin
- 600 ml vegetable broth (ready-made)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Divide lobster meat into large pieces.

Soak gelatin in cold water. Bring broth to a boil, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Squeeze out excess water from gelatin and dissolve it in the broth. Season everything with salt and pepper. Mix lobster and herbs together and pour into the mold. Cover well and refrigerate until set.
