Ingredients
- 600 g lobster meat (cooked)
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger (optional pink)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- chili flakes
- 4 tbsp lingonberries (jarred)
- kale for garnish
Instructions

Cut the lobster meat into small cubes. Drain the ginger and slice into strips.

Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chili until smooth. Fold in the lobster, ginger, and all but 1 tbsp of lingonberries. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with remaining lingonberries and kale.
