Lime Bowle

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle lemon balm
  • 1 bundle mint
  • 1 bundle thyme
  • 6 limes
  • 80 ml white rum
  • 1 L Gewürztraminer
  • 2 bottles chilled sparkling wine
  • lemon balm leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and shake herbs dry. Slice 3 limes into thin rounds.

    Add herbs, lime slices, rum, and Gewürztraminer to a container, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Strain mixture into a bowl, top with sparkling wine. Slice remaining limes and add to the bowle with lemon balm leaves.
