Ingredients

  • 0.5 l water
  • 3 lemongrass stalks
  • 1 ginger root (about 100 g)
  • raw sugar
  • arrack

Instructions

    Quarter a lemongrass stalk, peel the ginger and slice it into thin rounds.

  2. 2.

    Bring the water to a boil, then steep the ginger and lemongrass for 10 minutes covered.

  3. 3.

    Pour the infusion into cups, stir with a fresh lemongrass piece for extra aroma, and add arrack and sugar to taste.
