Ingredients

  • 8 shallots
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 handful smooth parsley
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings. Peel and mince the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley.

    Combine shallots, garlic, parsley with lemon juice, white wine, and olive oil; season with pepper.

    Brush prepared fish with the mixture and let marinate for 2 hours.
