Ingredients
- 1 ready-to-cook chicken (approx. 1.5 kg)
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 50 g soft butter
- 1 red pepperoncini
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 200 ml orange juice
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon liqueur (e.g., Limoncello)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 untreated lemon (zest)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Divide the chicken into 12 pieces. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Halve the pepperoncini, remove stem base, seeds, and membranes, then finely chop the flesh. Mix garlic, salt, butter, and pepperoncini in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over the poultry parts. Heat olive oil in a roasting pan and briefly sear the chicken pieces. Transfer to an oven preheated to 190°C and roast for about 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally with the cooking liquid.

Combine the marinating ingredients in a large deep bowl, add the browned hot chicken pieces, toss them in the mixture, and plate.
