Lemon Apple Punch with Cranberries

- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g cranberries
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger
- 1 red-skinned apple
- 3 untreated lemons
- 1 untreated blood orange
- 2 untreated limes
- 1 l grape juice
- Sugar to taste

Rinse and clean the raspberries. Wash, rinse, clean, and drain the cranberries well. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, slice into thin wedges, and place with the raspberries and cranberries in a punch vessel.

Wash one lemon and one blood orange; halve the blood orange and cut both fruits into slices. Halve the remaining lemons and limes, squeeze their juice, and combine with the citrus slices, ginger, grape juice, and 500 ml water in a pot. Warm gently, remove from heat, pour into the punch vessel, let steep for 10 minutes, strain, and sweeten to taste.
