Ingredients

  • 200 g frisée lettuce
  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves

Instructions

    Halve the baguette, mix about 50g butter with crushed garlic cloves. Brush the baguette slices and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

    Break the salad into individual leaves, wash and dry. Cut 100g Gorgonzola into pieces and briefly sauté in hot oil; it should not melt. Then toast the walnut kernels quickly in the hot fat.

    Whisk vinegar and oil together. Break the remaining Gorgonzola with a fork and add to the dressing. Season well with salt and pepper.

    Toss the frisée lettuce with the dressing, add walnuts and Gorgonzola, and serve with the garlic baguette.
