Ingredients

  • 150 ml lemon juice (about 6-7 lemons)
  • 3 tbsp grated unprocessed lemon zest
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 unprocessed lemons
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp dried lavender buds
  • fresh lavender buds for garnish

Instructions

    Pour the lemon juice, grated zest, and dried lavender into a bowl, add 300 ml cold water, cover, and let steep overnight.

    Reduce the sugar with 300 ml water to make a syrup, then allow it to cool.

    Strain the lemon juice into a bowl, add the cooled sugar syrup, stir well, and fill four glasses.

    Wash the unprocessed lemons hot, slice thinly. Distribute the lemon slices and ice cubes in the glasses, sprinkle with lavender, and serve immediately.
