Lamb Meatballs with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g lamb mince
- 1 Shallot
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a pinch cinnamon
- 3 tbsp oil
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 sprigs Mint
- Salt

Place the mince in a bowl. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Wash the parsley, shake dry, finely chop the leaves. Add the shallot, parsley, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the meat and mix well. Form 12 small balls from the mixture. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and brown the balls all around.

For the sauce whisk together the yogurt and remaining oil. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it to the yogurt. Wash the mint, shake dry, remove leaves, finely chop and stir into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with the yogurt-mint sauce.
